The other night my kids were stir crazy so we decided to play outside since it wasn't too hot. The light was perfect so I made them a deal that if they would quickly change their clothes and let me take pictures for 10 minutes we would go for a ride on the quad and then eat ice cream. They both agreed even though all Brigham understood was "let's go for a ride on the quad" and was not happy when the picture part came first, but he came around at least for a few pictures. They were relatively cooperative for 5-10 before the sprinklers came on and ruined it, but I was still happy to have the few minutes that we did. I don't take the opportunity to photograph my own kids like I should which is such a shame.
Here is an overload of pictures. I know, my mother eyes are on and I love my little rugs. The first picture was an instant fav from the time a clicked the shutter. Brigham constantly is giving his sister hugs, but NEVER when the camera is out so I love that I captured this moment (even if he doesn't look enthused about it)--it is SO them.
I am so glad that I was able to get some good ones of Brigham. He is so hard to photograph and Troy keeps threatening to shave his head so I need to get all the pictures that I can to remember his cute hair. I am in LOVE with his afro so I will be VERY sad the day that it finally goes. Hope you have a great day!
